Anna Marshall received her BA at Humboldt State University in violin performance, and a Master's degree from the University of Denver in Suzuki violin pedagogy. She started the violin at age 9, and since then has played in many orchestras and ensembles, including a string quartet with her family. She has taught students
ranging from age 3 through adult. Although she is trained primarily as a classical violinist, Anna also plays and teaches some fiddle music, mostly Celtic.
